Hello, I’m Natalie!

I’m a full time working woman and your one stop shop to show you have to make space in your life for a bit of self-care.

And, if I’m not wittering on about the latest book I’m reading, you’ll find me at home in the garden or under blanket on the sofa (regardless of the weather) binge watching true crime documentaries with my other half and our cat.

I’m a mid-20s working woman who uses books to escape the daily grind. I want to provide a space for fellow working women to explore how to justify fitting in basic acts of self care in a hectic lifestyle dominated by work.

I’m a massive believer in self-care. Be that switching your phone off for the weekend or not moving from the sofa because my current read is just that good, creating a space where I can leave my stressful working life behind is one of the most important things that I have done in the last few years.

But sometimes, it can feel really shit.

FOMO is real and I definitely fell in the trap of letting it rule my life for a little while. And you know what? I burned out.
